Steve Tosches

Operating out of TurnkeyZRG’s headquarters in Haddonfield, NJ., Steve is a very experienced executive search professional. Possessing a diverse network of contacts, Steve has had the opportunity to interact with a long list of companies and organizations. With strong interpersonal and presentation abilities, Steve exhibits a broad and seasoned perspective on recruiting, character assessment and people development.

Throughout his professional career, Steve has developed a professional foundation which sits upon qualities such as: leadership, management, organization and administration. He entered the executive search industry in 2000, following his twenty-year career in college athletics, which culminated with thirteen-year tenure as the Head Football Coach at Princeton University.

Along with his diverse network of contacts, Steve has extensive public speaking and motivational speaking experience. He is skilled in achieving results under high-pressure and critical-time constraints. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island in 1979, Steve was inducted into the University of Rhode Island Athletic Hall of Fame in 1996. In addition, Steve was bestowed as a Princeton University Honorary Class Member of 1983 and 1988.

Over the course of his head coaching career, Tosches led the Princeton Tigers to Ivy League championships in 1989, 1992, and 1995. After the 1989 season, he was awarded the Scott M. Whitelaw Trophy as the Eastern Division I-AA Coach of the Year. He is currently the second winningest coach in Princeton Football history.
