Jake Pastore serves as a Search Consultant for TurnkeyZRG. Jake primarily focuses on independent contributor, senior management, and director positions within the professional sports and entertainment industry. Jake supports TurnkeyZRG’s internal executive team and clients throughout the full search life cycle by identifying top talent, partnering with client hiring teams, and executing through search deliverables.

Prior to joining TurnkeyZRG, Jake worked in the Prosearch division of ZRG executing on individual contributor opportunities in professional sports, industrial, private equity, real estate, consumer, and many more. At TurnkeyZRG Jake can combine his passion for sports and his mission of helping others to advance in their career.

When not in the office, Jake enjoys coaching, watching, and playing soccer in his free time. He is a Hiram College collegiate athlete graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and spent the first several years of his career coaching soccer at the collegiate, premier club, and high school level.
