Position Summary:
AMB Sports and Entertainment (AMBSE) seeks a dynamic Senior Manager of Corporate Partnership Sales to drive growth by identifying and securing high-value new business opportunities. This role is essential to forging impactful partnerships with brands eager to harness the passion and engagement of the AMB Sports + Entertainment audience.

Demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, the successful candidate will go beyond conventional responsibilities to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction and drive exceptional business outcomes. By collaborating closely with senior executives and agencies, the Senior Manager will strategically leverage AMB Sports & Entertainment's assets to create transformative partnerships.
This full-time position is based at the iconic Mercedes-Benz Stadium, located in the heart of downtown Atlanta.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential corporate partners who align with our brand and values.
Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
Proactively identify and close opportunities with new partners to achieve annual revenue targets.
Develop customized solutions-based packages using inventory controlled by the organization to generate new revenue and meet clients' needs.
Deliver compelling presentations with passion and enthusiasm that will motivate and inspire partners.
Identify new ways of generating incremental revenue/minimizing expenses for the organization.
Work with the Activation of your accounts to continue to build and maintain strong decision-maker-level relationships
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
Attend games and other events to entertain clients and build corporate relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
6+ years of sponsorship sales experience, including but not limited to Logos/Mark usage, Stadium Signage, Digital Advertising, Retail Promotions, Hospitality, Community Relations/Special Events, and Radio Advertising.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with high-energy sales drive
Proven track record of closing business by building quality client relationships
Creativity to structure mutually beneficial deals
Excellent, proven cold call skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work some evenings and weekends based on business needs

James Jordan joined TurnkeyZRG in early 2023 in the role of Director, Marketing Partnerships, focused on corporate partnership recruiting. Mr. Jordan has made an immediate impact, placing partnership executives at organizations including the Golden State Warriors, LA Chargers, LaLiga, the Laver Cup, and more.
